HOA Dues: 2010 are $168 annually and are due March 1st annually.Transfer Fee: Home sales are due a $200 transfer fee upon closing.
Trash Collection
Stutzman's Refuse 800-230-0383Trash pick up is on Fridays from early morning to afternoon. Your location within Aberdeen will determine the time of pickup. Generally, it is best to place your trash containers at the curb in the early morning. If you have any questions - please call and ask for Hank.
